This perpetual and interactive communication tool could fill the communication gap for owners – and need to know individuals, on a dynamic basis. While websites, emails and newsletters are most helpful – we miss the PEC Newsletter Steve, they lack the linkage and spontaneity of a community blog. Do it now: comments, questions, concerns, information and updates – done now - with photos, video and voice options.
While most day-to-day functions can be managed by committees - and delegated to staff, our expanding level of development and sophication necessitates enhanced communications.
Blog control is an issue – to maintain the privacy, confidentiality and integrity of the postings. It is anticipated, blog access will be limited to PEC/HOA members, need-to-know individuals and others as appropriate. Email filters, and other security tools, can assure document confidentiality.
This preliminary announcement was prepared for delivery – AND COMMENT. Let us hear from you – even if you don’t like the idea!
